Same on what happened to my gcash account kasi nasira yung phone ko the dko na malogin kahit magrequest ako sa customer service nila ang daming nirerequest tas di namn mabigay after. Ang ginawa ko niwithdraw ko na lng laman ng gcash na yon sa villarica since sms code lng needed sa pagwithdraw then saka ko na lng nilipat/nicash in sa isang gcash ko. It might help to some out there if want nyo rin po yung naging option ko.

5 days ago I encountered the same problem. I followed your advice and reached out to Gcash help center. I pestered them twice a day and was explicit with my disappointment towards that 1 phone 1 gcash policy. They never replied with any substantial information about the status of my ticket. Until this morning when I tried logging in on my Gcash account and lo and behold, I got in! Thanks so much for this tip. I was able to access my money again. I think I won't be using Gcash for a long while because it honestly traumatized me. PS. they will ask for photos of damaged phone and your ID
